Shipping policy

All orders will ship out within 5-10 business days of the date the order was placed. Orders will receive a tracking number once shipped. Sweet Like Honey by Miele is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event your package has been lost or stolen, please file an insurance claim with your mail carrier.
