Refund policy

 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges*. All sales are final. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. 

*If your order contains products that have been damaged in transit or the incorrect items shipped, Sweet Like Honey by Miele will accept an "order exchange" request. We must be notified within 5 business days of receiving your order, email us at support@sweetlikehoneybymiele.com with evidence of the damaged or incorrect item(s), to complete the exchange request.

Any unopened packages received via "Return to Sender", due to incorrect address or non-delivery will be fully refunded, minus the cost of shipping.
